Bayridge is one of our most exclusive Officers and Senior Enlisted communities. There are 330 homes at Bayridge offering spacious 3 and 4 bedroom plans. The average square foot per home is 2,172. (See the floor plans to get a better idea of how the homes are laid out.) This community offers our military families many amenities such as energy efficient appliances, a two car garage and tons of storage room. All homes have central air, an indoor laundry room, large kitchens with dishwasher, gas range, refrigerator, disposal and a built-in pantry.
